Frequently Asked Questions

  • All products can be cleaned with simple dish soap and water.  Do not use anything abrasive as it could damage the surface. 

  • Yes, we only use hypoallergenic posts and hangers in order to avoid any adverse reactions.  If you are unsure, please reach out before purchasing.  Most products have gold plated posts and this will be listed in the description.

  • We are happy to accept returns or exchanges in the case of receiving a damaged product.  Please reach out via the contact page to start the return process and submit photos of the damaged product. All other sales will be final.

  • Yes, we will consider custom orders.  This will be dependent upon the quantity of product needed and the time of year.  Please reach out via the contact page to inquire.

  • We do our best to ship in stock products within 3 business days.  We ship via USPS, so expect your package to take around 2-4 business days from the date we ship your order.  You will receive your tracking code as soon as we ship your product.  Keep in mind, shipping will take longer during the holiday season, so please plan accordingly.  We recommend ordering products two weeks prior to your holiday gift giving event.  If you need something express shipped, please reach out via the contact page and we will do our best to accommodate.  An additional fee will be incurred.
